I’m currently at HACC a community college in central PA and am looking for liberal arts/ independent study/ an open learning environment as well as environmental programs. I was really trying to find something on the east coast that offers a Social Ecology. Also would like it to be a smaller place as far away from the city as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
